Streamlined Agreements understand the complex nature of relationships and with this understanding our platform was born. We value trust, clear communication and openness and encourage both parties of the agreement to work together, if possible, for a successful outcome.
Party One has a special role within the platform in that they control both if and when a second party (Party Two) is invited to the platform or a professional has invited both parties to the agreement.
We encourage a review of the “Invite” option in our platform to explore how you can involve another role on your account based on your specific situation.
Mutual Benefits of Collaborating on a Financial AgreementCollaboration ensures both parties clearly understand the terms, responsibilities, and expectations, reducing misunderstandings and disputes down the line.
Working together in real time fosters openness, especially when both parties can see changes and give input throughout the process.
Instead of lengthy back-and-forth emails or multiple document versions, a shared platform streamlines the process.
By collaborating, your financial agreement is fair and accurately reflects each party's priorities, rather than being one-sided or overly generic.
Our platform keep a secure, and shared record of what was agreed upon and when.
Open communication and joint decision-making lay a better foundation for ongoing cooperation.
Streamlined Agreements has four (4) roles for people to assist you with or be party to your financial agreement. Invitations are based on each parties registration.
"Party One" is the primary party to the agreement upon self registration and has a special role within the platform in that they control both if and when a second party (Party Two) is invited to the platform.
Party One has an equal role with Party Two with a Professional Invitation.
"Party Two" is the other party to the agreement (your current or former partner). If the agreement is to be binding they will need to fully participate in the process.
Party Two will be invited alongside Party One with a Professional Invitation.
An "Advisor" is anyone you trust to assist in the preparation of your profile information. Typically advisors are accountants, financial advisors or financial counsellors. However you could perhaps invite a trusted friend who is a little more financially or computer savvy than you to lend a hand.
A "Witness" is in the event you use our panel solicitors and your agreement is ready for signing, you may invite someone well known to you to "Witness" your electronic signing of the agreement.
