Gmail will on occasion mark valid emails from hello@streamlinedagreements.com.au as SPAM.
If you are expecting a reply from us and don't receive an answer in a timely manner, our reply may have been marked as spam.
There are several steps you can take to remedy this issue:
When you manually mark a message as "Not spam", Gmail learns how to manage messages addressed to you.
open your Spam folder
select an email
click Not spam
Add hello@streamlinedagreements.com.au to your personal contacts list in Gmail. Once added, Gmail won't mark messages from this address as spam.
To add hello@streamlinedagreements.com.au as a contact, simply hover over the our name in the email and click the "Add to contacts" icon that appears.
Microsoft Outlook may mark valid emails from hello@streamlinedagreements.com.au as junk email.
Select Settings in Outlook
Select Mail - Junk email
Select the hello@streamlinedagreements.com.au and remove either via the delete or - .
Messages from addresses or domains on the safe senders list won't get moved to your Junk Email folder.
Select Settings in Outlook
Select Mail - Junk email
Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender and enter hello@streamlinedagreements.com.au.
Select OK, and then Save.
