A mediator can help a couple prepare a fair and practical financial agreement by guiding open, balanced discussions in a neutral setting. They assist in identifying assets, income, and expenses, while helping both parties explore options and reach mutual decisions. With a focus on clarity, cooperation, and future stability, the mediator ensures the agreement reflects each person’s needs and promotes long-term financial peace of mind.
Mediation provides a respectful approach to resolving differences. With the guidance of an independent mediator, both parties can discuss openly, explore solutions, and reach an agreement that works for each party.
Mediation can reduce the stress, cost, or delays associated with going to court. It’s about collaboration, clarity, and staying in control of your outcome.
We offer both full or lite versions of mediation.
Mediation Services (delivered by mediators or solicitors):
(i) Mediation-Lite: For couples close to agreement with only a few issues remaining.
(ii) Mediation: For couples with long-standing issues requiring extended support until agreement is reached.
Mediation lite is for couples who mostly agree on the direction of their financial settlement, with perhaps one or at most two remaining issues that require professional mediation to resolve.
Full mediation is for couples who mostly have good intentions but mismatched expectations. Our mediation professionals can assist you to bring it all together.
A pre-purchase declaration will be presented to each party to reduce time, enhances productivity, and allows the professional to focus on what matters most: reaching an agreement that works for each party in the most efficient way possible.
A statement agreeing to share your data with our trusted Professional under our Professional Services Network will be presented to each party for transparency and compliance.
All of our Professionals in our Professional Services Network have agreed to Our Referral Acceptance and Performance KPIs terms and conditions to provide a resonable turnaround to accept the referral, contact each party and complete the consultation.
