Streamlined Agreements has four (4) roles for people to assist Party One with or be party to your financial agreement. Invitations are based on each parties registration.
"Party One" is the primary party to the agreement upon self registration and has a special role within the platform in that they control both if and when a second party (Party Two) is invited to the platform.
A Party One membership fee will be required upon registration.
Party One has an equal role with Party Two with a Professional Invitation.
"Party Two" is the other party to the agreement (your current or former partner). If the agreement is to be binding they will need to fully participate in the process.
A Party Two membership fee will be required upon registration.
Party Two will be invited alongside Party One with a Professional Invitation.
An "Advisor" is anyone you trust to assist in the preparation of your information. Typically advisors are accountants, financial advisors or financial counsellors.
An advisor will only have limited access to the agreement and does not require a paid membership.
"Support" is anyone you trust to assist in facilitating the completion of your information, particularly if they have stronger financial literacy or greater confidence using a computer. Typically, the support role is fulfilled by a trusted friend or support person who can read questions aloud, accurately enter responses, clarify procedural steps, and provide practical assistance.
Support will only have limited access to the agreement and does not require a paid membership.
A "Witness" is in the event you use our panel solicitors and your agreement is ready for signing, you may invite someone well known to you to "Witness" your electronic signing of the agreement.

We recomment that the role of support and witness does not provide financial or legal advice unless appropriately qualified, and must maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and the parties autonomy throughout the process.
We have two invitation methods based on your journey to our Platform.
Invitation to join our Platform as Party Two, an Advisor, a Support or a Witness. A membership fee may be required dependent on the role Party One has chosen.
Invitation from one of Professionals from our Professional Services Network for e.g., a mediator, financial planner or solicitor.

Enter your first and last name only.
Enter the email address used on registration. Itβs important to match the email address used on registration to the email address used when you receive an invitation.
Enter the phone number you wish to receive communication related to your membership.
Create a password with the set of rules that are laid out when hovering over the password field. Please refer to our Password Guide.
Confirm the password by re-entering the password.
Select the white box to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please refer to our T&Cβs.
Click "Register"
If you have received an invitation from a Professional please use the email that we issued with the registration link. If you wish, you have the option to change the email once you have successfully logged into the Platform.
No payment is required when being invited by one of our PSN Professionals.
You will be redirected to verify login page with a one-time-code to confirm your email.

If you get redirected to the verify page a "one time code" will be sent to the registered email address for verification. Enter this one time code to verify.
On the Home screen select "My Agreements" and start building your personal and financial profile. A complete profile ensures seamless collaboration and communication.
