We understand that being referred to as Party One or Party Two is impersonal, so as soon as you identify yourself to the platform, we'll refer to you from that point forward by your first name.
The following occurs when Party One reviews the "Invite" and decides to invite another role on the Party One account.
Email Invitation - "You're Invited to Join Streamlined Agreements" email will be automatically generated to the invited party's email address. We only enourage to accept the invitation but do not insist.
If Accepted - the invited party will be redirected to the create a membership to our Platform. On our log in page you are required to enter your invited party's email address and create an individual password.
If Not Accepted - the invited party is not required to continue any further. The invited party can be invited at any time if circumstances change.
No Response - a reminder email will be sent to the invited party's email address.

Party Two can then review the Profile Summary Report to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information entered into the platform.
Party Two can explore the Decisions functionality of the app, building on standard Decision Plans, or creating their own Decison Plans (or scenarios) which will later be reflected in the draft agreement.
Party Two can review the disclosure summary prior to seeking on-platform legal advice or your own legal advice.
Mutual Benefits of Collaboration
We understand the complex nature of relationships and we offer assistance to both parties to work together to complete the financial agreement.
Streamlined Agreements has four (4) roles for people to assist Party One with or be party to your financial agreement. Invitations are based on each parties registration.
"Party One" is the primary party to the agreement upon self registration and has a special role within the platform in that they control both if and when a second party (Party Two) is invited to the platform.
A Party One membership fee will be required upon registration.
Party One has an equal role with Party Two with a Professional Invitation.
"Party Two" is the other party to the agreement (your current or former partner). If the agreement is to be binding they will need to fully participate in the process.
A Party Two membership fee will be required upon registration.
Party Two will be invited alongside Party One with a Professional Invitation.
An "Advisor" is anyone you trust to assist in the preparation of your information. Typically advisors are accountants, financial advisors or financial counsellors.
An advisor will only have limited access to the agreement and does not require a paid membership.
"Support" is anyone you trust to assist in facilitating the completion of your information, particularly if they have stronger financial literacy or greater confidence using a computer. Typically, the support role is fulfilled by a trusted friend or support person who can read questions aloud, accurately enter responses, clarify procedural steps, and provide practical assistance.
Support will only have limited access to the agreement and does not require a paid membership.
A "Witness" is in the event you use our panel solicitors and your agreement is ready for signing, you may invite someone well known to you to "Witness" your electronic signing of the agreement.
An witness will only have limited access to the agreement and does not require a paid membership.
We recomment that the role of support and witness does not provide financial or legal advice unless appropriately qualified, and must maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and the parties autonomy throughout the process.
